I grew up near the Seacoast of New Hampshire and still live there today. I’ve traveled across the country and lived in New York City, Los Angeles, and Boston. I found that nothing compares to the small-towns and communities in NH and I happily live in my hometown with my two kids.

A graduate of Colby-Sawyer College (New London, NH), I studied Communications and was involved in the school newspaper and radio station. After college, I pursued a career in sports journalism and worked for FOX Sports in both NY and CA.

I eventually pivoted to working in Higher Education and while that has been my 9-5 job for the last 20 years, photography has become an important part of my life.

I’ve found that having a creative outlet adds balance to my day-to-day and I love connecting with nature and my local community through my photos.

Favorite locations to photograph: Portsmouth, NH and Acadia National Park

Favorite shooting method: Long exposure shots - I love capturing a scene just before sunrise, or just after sunset. Especially if there’s water nearby.

Activities: I love kayaking, skiing, camping and exploring New England.
